SW-PTR, Permanent, Tensile and Replaceable, is Anchor which improves the structure of load Mechanism of existing tensile permanent anchor. By using load distribution effect, it is easy to realize high load and has improved the unzipping of stranded wire which is a drawback of conventional tensile type anchor. This is an anchor construction method that is suitable for reinforcement of long-term permanent structures by replacing the stranded wire when necessary, by maintaining a more reliable maintenance.

Why need to replace the strand?
Maintenance is not possible due to erosion of strand during long-term
maintenance after permanent anchor construction
